Be Caring is seeking a seasoned Lead Coordinator for LIFE in Newcastle. You will lead a small team of Co-ordinators, plan care across LIFE services, and collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure safety, person-centred support and CQC compliance.

You will drive quality, manage rotas, and oversee on-call duties, with advantages including training, development, and on-call pay. This senior role shapes the experience of people with learning disabilities and autism in our community.
