Choofas Smokehouse & Seafood in Coolangatta on the Gold Coast is hiring a casual Shift Supervisor. You will manage our reception desk, greet and seat guests, and lead FOH and Bar staff to deliver top-tier service in a relaxed setting.

The role is hands-on, involving taking orders, running food and drinks, clearing and resetting tables, and coordinating rosters and safety procedures. Immediate start preferred.
