Inspiration pulled from travels through Spain, Morocco, and the Middle East paired with a strong belief that Australia has some of the world's best produce, is what has shaped the venue's identity.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Bartender to join our talented team at NOMAD Sydney. This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about premium hospitality, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, engaging and memorable guest experiences.

Our ideal candidate will have:

- 2+ years’ experience bartending in premium restaurants or cocktail bars
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and an interest in Australian spirits and producers
- Confidence preparing cocktails to a high standard while maintaining speed and consistency during busy service
- A passion for beverage, with a willingness to learn about new products and techniques
- A warm, engaging approach to guest service and the ability to build rapport with guests




- The ability to work collaboratively with the wider FOH, BOH and Wine teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience
