MARVELL LANE is a boutique Australian brand that designs and sells lingerie, swimwear, and clothing for busty ladies.

Based in beautiful Byron Bay, with a showroom in Paddington Brisbane, we are a small, energetic team whose mission is to create beautiful, fashion-forward garments for the busty community. We exclusively produce garments in sizes 8D-16J.

About the role
We are looking for a passionate retail assistant to join our small team at ourPaddington showroom! Our showrooms require staffassistanceto shop, so our staff is responsible for leading each customer through the bespoke fitting experience, from greeting them to fitting them to finalising the sale.

We've built a cult following on the strength of our designs, as well as our top-of-the-line bespoke service. This is not a sales numbers-driven role: the most key responsibility you have is to deliver an exceptional experience that will continue to spread the word!

Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining our luxury standard of customer service and showroom presentation.





Conducting bra fittings with customers to find which sizes are perfect for them.

Showroom upkeep, including stock management and cleaning.

Other small tasks as they arise: As a tiny business, every day can look a little different and your role might shift over time!

Hours:

Saturdays 11am to 2pm and Fridays 12pm to 4pm.

Opportunity for more hours down the line!

About you

Bra fitting experience is a plus, but absolutely not required. We can teach you!

Retail experience is highly regarded, but not essential for the right person.

A people person: excellent social skills and the ability to make others feel at ease.

An interest in fashion and polished personal presentation.

Empathy and understanding for busty ladies, regardless of your own body type.
