DLV Finance is looking for a friendly, proactive person to join our team as an Administration Assistant. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients and work closely with our Finance Brokers to deliver an exceptional experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

Answering and directing phone calls, emails and general enquiries

Building rapport with clients, lenders and other business contacts

Entering data accurately into our CRM and lender online systems

Preparing finance documentation and assisting with settlements

Working with brokers to follow up client and lender enquiries

Providing general administrative support across the business

About you

Friendly, confident phone manner and strong communication skills

Team player who acts with integrity and puts the customer first

Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate data entry

Organised,



with the ability to prioritise competing tasks

Quick learner with robust computer skills

Previous admin, reception or customer service experience preferred

Finance industry experience welcome but not essential

DLV Finance is a locally operated finance brokerage with offices in Rockhampton and Yeppoon. Our team helps clients across Central Queensland with business, equipment, vehicle and commercial property finance. This role is based at our Rockhampton office at 155 East Street.
