Independent Lives in Salisbury is seeking a reliable Personal Assistant to support a 37-year-old man with Cerebral Palsy with daily living tasks and companionship. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals and transport, including driving a Ford Tourneo Transit on occasions.
The role requires a clean driving licence, punctuality, discretion, and a compassionate, patient approach. You’ll work 30–35 hours across Mon/Wed/Thu and Tue/Fri with some weekend flexibility as needed.
