Smithfield Family Medical Practice – Smithfield NSW
A permanent part time position working 24 hours per week, 4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 6 hours per day, 8:30am to 2:30pm). Extra hours available when covering for other reception staff or as needed during periods of extra load, such as winter flus or practice accreditation work.
Key responsibilities
- Answering telephone calls
- Booking appointments
- Processing Medicare bulk billing claims
- Routine patient administration
- Tasks that the doctors or practice manager may request

- Experienced medical receptionist
- Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2020 (MA ) Level 3-4
- 12.5% superannuation
- Annual leave
