Community Options Australia is seeking compassionate aged care assessors to conduct face-to-face assessments with older Australians in their homes across ACT. You will determine eligibility for supports under the My Aged Care program and develop person-centred care plans.

We offer flexible part-time opportunities, training, and a supportive team workplace while you help clients stay independent in their homes and communities.
