Lancemore Cleveland Estate in Victoria is seeking a skilled Gardener to maintain and present the gardens, wedding sites and outdoor spaces across the Hotel. This hands-on role requires caring for lawn, trees, shrubs and topiary with attention to detail.

You will work with a supportive team, enjoy flexible hours (2–5 days per week) and access exclusive staff advantages across the Lancemore Hotels group, while helping sustain the property's historic charm.
