We're on the hunt for an Experienced Brow, Lash Lift & Spray Tan Artist to join our team!

We're looking for someone who already has experience in the beauty industry and is confident in their skills, passionate about delivering exceptional results and knows how to make every client feel amazing.

Maybe you're an experienced brow artist, lash lift queen or spray tan pro looking for a fresh start, a new salon home or a move to Brisbane. Whatever your story, if you've got the skills, a great attitude and a genuine love for the industry, we'd love to hear from you!

Experience is essential for this role. We're a busy, established salon, so we're looking for someone who brings a solid foundation of practical skills and industry experience. Of course, we'll provide training in our signature Lush techniques and standards, but we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running.

What you’ll be doing:

Creating flawless spray tans, beautiful brows and lifted lashes for some of Brisbane’s best clients

Delivering exceptional treatments with confidence, care and attention to detail

Making every client feel welcome, comfortable and fabulous

Helping with reception, bookings and the day-to-day salon buzz

Keeping our beautiful salon clean, organised and running like a well-oiled machine

You’ll be perfect for this if you:

Have previous hands‑on experience working in a professional beauty salon

Are confident and competent in at least one of our core services: spray tanning, brow sculpting, lash lifts or waxing

Have a genuine passion for the beauty industry and delivering beautiful results

Are an energetic people person who loves building relationships with clients

Can work late nights (Wednesday and Thursday) and Saturdays (8am–2pm)

Thrive in a busy, rapid-paced salon and can think on your feet

Take pride in your work and have an exceptional eye for detail

Are reliable, proactive and know how to work as part of a team

Aren’t afraid to clean (yes… we ALL do it!)

Show up polished & professional

Are open to learning, growing and perfecting your skills, no matter how experienced you are

Please note: This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone with existing practical experience who can confidently step into a busy salon environment. Training in our Lush techniques and procedures will be provided.

Important: You must be available throughout December (no exceptions).
