Lennock Motors is seeking a professional and welcoming Automotive Receptionist (Part-Time) for our main switch board.

This is a part-time position that plays a crucial role in creating the first impression for our customers and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at our dealership.

As the face of our business, you will be responsible for greeting customers, managing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of customer care that Lennock Motors is known for.

Key responsibilities

Welcoming customers and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression

Answering and directing incoming telephone calls to the appropriate department or staff member

Managing the reception desk and maintaining a clean, organised and professional front-of-house environment





Handling administrative tasks including filing and document preparation

Supporting the wider team with general office duties as needed

What we're looking for

Previous reception, customer service or administrative experience

Availability to work Saturdays is essential , along with part-time availability during weekdays

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers

Well presented and professional

Computer literate with good basic administration skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy setting

Reliable and punctual

A friendly, outgoing personality with genuine interest in helping customers
