We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a part-time employee or ABN contractor Accounts Bookkeeper / Clerk.

This position requires:

- A minimum of 15 hours per week
- A minimum of 5 years’in a similar position using MYOB
- Computer literacy (particularly Microsoft Office Suite, e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Sound mathematical skills, high administration/organisational skills and be team focused in a small office
- An ability to work unsupervised, handle pressure and work to deadlines
- Must be available to work within normal business hours

Main Responsibilities:

- MYOBdata entry for Accounts Receivable/Payable
- Daily sales and Bank reconciliation in MYOB
- Preparing operations reports monthly
- Maintaining a daily cash flow
- Ensuring company compliance with internal and external accounting policies
- Organised office management

*Previous experience using MYOB and Excel is essential

*Prior accounts experience in the Building & Construction industry is preferred

*Flexible hours within normal business hours available for the right applicant
