Rumba Beach Resort is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Casual Barista / Bar Attendant to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is confident working behind the bar making quality coffees, and who enjoys providing friendly, skilled service to our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Preparing and serving quality coffee, tea and other beverages
- Serving guests at our resort bar
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming bar/café area
- Assisting with general hospitality duties as required
About you
- Previous barista and/or bar/hospitality experience – essential
- Barista skills and experience making coffee
- A current Queensland RSA certificate – essential
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A friendly, positive and reliable attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Availability to work weekends and evenings
