As the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, you will play an important role in providing excellent customer service and helping our hospital run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

Greeting clients and their pets with a friendly smile

Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments

Handling client enquiries with care and professionalism

Processing payments and managing client accounts

Maintaining accurate client and patient records

Assisting with general administration duties

Supporting our veterinary and nursing teams

Managing a busy reception area while remaining calm and organised

Must Be able to work Monday to Saturday

About you

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Friendly, compassionate and professional

Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Good computer and organisational skills

Reliable,



adaptable and willing to work casual shifts

Confident dealing with clients in both happy and emotional situations

Positive attitude and work well within a team

Genuine love for animals

Previous veterinary or RXWorks experience would be highly regarded, but is not essential
