EVT's Rydges Melbourne venue is seeking a capable Conference & Events Supervisor (Casual) to lead hands-on setup, execution and operation of conferences and events. You’ll deliver exemplary banquet service while supporting the Ops Manager to manage expenses, inventory, and profitability.

You will coach the team, uphold SOPs and health and safety standards, build robust client relationships, and ensure accurate billing.
