EVT's QT Melbourne is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor for a casual/part-time role in Melbourne. You will lead the Pascale restaurant team, ensure high service standards, train attendants, and manage rosters and opening/closing duties.

You'll bring knowledge of F&B; service policies, ability to mix sophisticated drinks, and a team-oriented leadership style that supports a diverse team. The role offers Day One perks across EVT properties and opportunities for rapid career growth.
