We're looking for passionate Educators and Diploma Qualified Educators to join our New Farm OSHC Service, supporting children through Before School Care, After School Care and, most importantly, our exciting Vacation Care programs.

With a licensed capacity of 166 places, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established service, pick up additional hours throughout Vacation Care periods, and be part of a team that creates engaging, fun and memorable experiences for children aged 5-12 years.

About the Role

As an Educator, you will:

- Create a safe, welcoming and inclusive setting for children
- Deliver engaging Vacation Care experiences filled with fun, creativity and adventure
- Facilitate outdoor and nature-based activities
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Support children's confidence, wellbeing and development
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver high-quality programs
- Uphold our commitment to child safety and wellbeing
- Contribute ideas that make every holiday program exciting and memorable

Operating Hours

Before School Care: 6:30am - 9:00am

After School Care: 3:00pm - 6:00pm

Vacation Care: 6:30am - 6:00pm

About You

We are particularly interested in hearing from:

- Educators studying towards a Diploma or relevant qualification
- Experienced OSHC Educators
- Early Childhood Educators
- Teachers, Teacher Aides and Youth Workers
- Sport, Recreation and Outdoor Education professionals

You’ll Also Have, or Be Willing to Obtain

- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
- Food Safety Training
- GECCKO Training
- Experience working with children (desirable)
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport (highly desirable)
- A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing
