Key responsibilities
- Prepare and present high‑quality breakfast and lunch dishes
- Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation and portion control

- Assist with food preparation, stock control and kitchen organisation
- Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards
- Work closely with our friendly front‑of‑house and kitchen teams
- Contribute positively to a skilled and supportive workplace
About you
- Strong breakfast and lunch cooking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Reliability, professionalism and a positive attitude
- Passion for food and attention to detail
- Chef qualifications are an advantage but not essential for experienced cooks
