- Competitive Pay: Base rate of $34.87 per hour + super, plus loadings
- Shift Times: Monday to Friday on Day Shift (6:00 AM – 2:15 PM) or Afternoon Shift (2:15 PM – 10:00 PM).

About the Role

Randstad is partnering with a global leader in energy management and electrical solutions to secure reliable and detail-oriented Production Operators to join their advanced manufacturing facility based in Benalla, VIC.

Key Responsibilities

- Assembly: Fit, clip, and assemble lightweight plastic, wire, and electrical enclosure parts.
- Wiring Looming: Assist with running, cutting, and securing easy wire harnesses and cables.
- Line Support: Restock assembly bays and move completed lightweight components along the line.
- Safety First: Maintain a tidy workstation and follow daily factory safety procedures.





Requirements & Qualifications

- Work Rights: Full Australian Working Rights (Aus Citizen or Permanent Resident)
- Experience: Entry-level candidates welcome, general labouring & electrical factory experience advantageous.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable standing for entire shifts and performing repetitive manual handling.
- Shift Reliability: Available for consistent full-time hours across Day Shift or Afternoon Shift rosters.Pre-Employment Screening: Must be able to pass a national police check and drug & alcohol screen.
