Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill is seeking a reliable, hands-on Part-Time Kitchen Steward to support our chefs and keep the kitchen clean, organised and running smoothly behind the scenes.

In this busy hotel workplace you’ll handle cleaning, sanitising equipment, waste management and maintain safety standards while fitting around a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. Great teamwork and a positive attitude are essential.
