EMC is a medium-sized civil construction company looking for a motivated and experienced Estimator / Project Manager to join the growing team. The role involves managing projects, identifying new opportunities and helping take the business to the next level.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare accurate estimates, tenders and quotations for civil construction projects
- Manage projects from initial estimating through to completion
- Actively follow up on submitted quotes and tenders to secure new work
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders and subcontractors
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue future projects
- Coordinate with site supervisors and construction teams to ensure projects run efficiently
- Monitor project costs, budgets and timelines

About you

- Proven experience in civil construction estimating and project management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills




- Strong understanding of civil construction operations, costs and site requirements
- Proactive attitude with the drive to chase opportunities and win work
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong work ethic, accountability and attention to detail
