Urban Development Partners Pty Ltd in Brisbane seeks a Development Project Manager to lead residential and subdivision projects from approval to handover. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, budgets and schedules for $2M–$10M developments.

Applicants should have a QBCC licence (or ability to obtain one), solid SEQ planning knowledge and a client-focused mindset. Hybrid working arrangements are offered, with exposure to diverse subdivision and residential schemes.
