Michael Page is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to partner with leaders across a high-volume operational setting in Mt Isa, delivering expert ER/IR guidance and partnering on workforce matters and people leadership.

The role requires strong ER/IR capability for large workforces, with coaching of leaders in an industrial context, and a focus on workforce planning, engagement and retention. Mining/industrial experience is highly regarded.
