Rudy’s, a current Bondi venue, is seeking an experienced Head Chef to take charge of kitchen operations and lead a brigade through a ground-up launch. You will own the menu development, sourcing, and day-to-day running of a 90-seat venue with a focus on grilled steaks, seafood, and house-made sauces.

The role requires a proven track record in fast-paced environments, strong leadership, and a passion for premium local ingredients.
