Canberra Health Services is seeking an Allied Health Clinical Lead for Canberra Hospital. Two full‑time roles exist: a permanent position in the Care Optimisation and Transition Unit (COTU) and a 12‑month temporary complex care coordinator role in General Medicine.

Both roles are full‑time, with possible flexibility for reduced hours. You will work with nursing, medical and allied health teams to lead complex care coordination, discharge planning and secure patient transitions, delivering
