We're looking for exceptional First Aid Trainers to join our team at a specialist, family-owned training organisation delivering professional First Aid and CPR training to businesses and organisations throughout Brisbane.

- Earn $300 + super for a 3-hour course.

Complete Flexibility

- Work around your existing job, family and other commitments.
- Courses available on weekday mornings, afternoons and evenings, plus occasional Saturday mornings.
- Training schedules are provided up to 2 months in advance, so you'll know when you're working and can organise your other commitments accordingly.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You’ll deliver engaging and practical First Aid and CPR courses to corporate clients and other organisations across Brisbane and surrounding council areas.

Training takes place at a variety of venues, including corporate workplaces, schools, childcare centres and other skilled environments.

Your focus will be on delivering an outstanding training experience, helping participants gain the confidence and skills to respond to real-life emergencies.

We supply the equipment and keep administration to a minimum, so you can concentrate on delivering great training.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're particularly interested in professionals with backgrounds in:

- Paramedicine and Emergency Medical Services
- Nursing and Healthcare
- Military Medical Services
- Fire and Rescue
- Emergency Services
- Professional First Aid Training

Essential Requirements:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or be ready to obtain it (TAE40116 or TAE40122)
- Relevant current First Aid qualifications, or willingness to obtain the required qualifications.
- Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement).Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- Own laptop, printer and home internet connection.

You’ll need excellent communication skills, confidence in front of groups and a genuine passion for sharing your knowledge.

Previous corporate training experience is an advantage.
