Aura is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis . This is a pivotal role that will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects from inception to delivery. Based in Wynnum West , you will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards. This position is integral to our success, as you will be the driving force behind ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality specifications.

Key responsibilities

- Planning and scheduling construction projects, including developing detailed project timelines and resource allocation plans
- Managing project budgets and costs, monitoring expenditure and ensuring financial targets are met
- Overseeing site operations and supervising construction teams to ensure work is carried out safely and in accordance with specifications
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
- Implementing and maintaining health and safety protocols on site to comply with relevant legislation and industry standards
- Managing project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports
- Identifying and mitigating project risks, implementing corrective actions when necessary
- Conducting regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure work meets required standards
- Maintaining open communication with clients and providing progress updates throughout the project lifecycle
- Managing scope changes and variations while maintaining project objectives

What we’re looking for

- A minimum of 5 years' experience in construction project management, ideally in commercial construction




- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Solid knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and relevant compliance requirements
- Excellent project planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with Procore project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A thorough understanding of health and safety practices in the construction industry
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required
- Professional certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent project management credentials are desirable
