Unbound Minds is a warm private practice in Australia led by Monica and Justin. We began with work-life balance in mind and offer transparent pay bands of $130,000 to $160,000, reviewed annually, with substantial admin time and AI note-taking to protect your evenings.
We treat a full range of clients from children to adults, with supervision and a transparent path to senior roles. The role includes dedicated admin support, a $1,500 PD budget, long service leave after 3 years, and salary packaging.
