HammondCare is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator for the Palliative Care Unit at Braeside Hospital in Prairiewood. This permanent full time role delivers clinical education to support staff in providing high-quality, patient-centred care.

The Educator partners with the Nursing Unit Manager, CNC, HammondCare Health Education Lead and other clinical managers to build a cohesive team and ensure education activities align with organisational goals.
