Blacktown City Council is seeking a Principal Roads and Transport Engineer to lead planning and delivery of major road and transport projects. You will review designs, manage budgets, and guide junior engineers while coordinating with Transport for NSW, consultants, and contractors.

You will prepare technical reports, risk assessments and funding submissions, shaping safer and more productive road networks for the community.
