Tamworth Community Aged Care is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead a team of clinical professionals and care workers in a not-for-profit aged care setting. The role requires solid clinical leadership, RN with AHPRA registration, and proven supervision experience.

You will collaborate with the Residential Manager and other leaders to ensure high standards of resident care, while fostering collaboration, accountability, respect and empathy within the team.
