Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District’s Shoalhaven Memorial Hospital is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager Level 1 – Perioperative Services to coordinate elective and emergency operating theatre activity, lead nursing teams, and drive high-quality patient care.

Working with anaesthetists and multidisciplinary teams, you will optimise theatre utilisation, minimise delays and cancellations, and uphold NSW Health safety and clinical standards.
