Gridsight is hiring an IT Operations Manager to own IT operations end-to-end, from onboarding current hires to secure offboarding and maintaining SOC 2 compliance toward ISO 27001 certification.
You will be the first dedicated owner, reporting to the VP of Operations. This role is ideal for someone who can build processes from the ground up and cares about employee experience as much as audit readiness.
