Hours will be business hours but as the client site operates 24/7 remote support for the team may be required.

- Proven experience in Operations and Team Leadership, with a successful track record of managing and inspiring teams
- Strong operational background and a hands-on approach
- Previous experience in a customer-facing environment is highly desirable

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
