Alignerr is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer - AI Data Trainer to work remotely with our AI teams. You will lead the authorship of high-fidelity reasoning traces for complex tasks and mentor others to ensure transparent planning and tool-use documentation.
You will design data strategies to help LLMs navigate real-world decision making, and you may engage in data annotation, evaluation, and model training workflows. This is an hourly contract, 10-40 hours/week, with flexible remote work.
