Procore is looking for a Staff Sales Recruiter (Contract) to lead recruiting for ANZ, SG and related Go-To-Market teams from the Sydney office with a hybrid work model. You will own IC and management searches, advise partners, and build diverse, high-caliber pipelines while staying ahead of SaaS hiring trends.

You’ll bring 8+ years in sales/qualified services recruitment, a business/HR degree, and a proven ability to recruit across senior levels.
