Randstad is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead clinical operations at a residential aged care facility in Darling Downs / South East Queensland, about 1.5 hours east of Brisbane. This permanent full time role offers executive responsibility, governance focus, and a regional leadership structure.

Offered are a $20,000 retention bonus, $3,000 relocation allowance, up to 2 weeks accommodation support, and a competitive base salary with superannuation.
