We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Business Manager to lead our flagship Hindmarsh branch. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a well-established business, inspire a high-performing team and drive sustainable growth in a market full of opportunity.

As Business Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of the branch, leading from the front to deliver outstanding customer service, operational excellence and profitable growth.

You’ll create an engaging and high-performing culture where people feel supported, accountable and motivated to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a diverse team to achieve outstanding results

Drive branch sales, profitability and customer service performance

Identify and execute local business development opportunities

Build strong relationships with key customers, suppliers and stakeholders

Grow existing accounts while winning new business and re-engaging inactive customers

Optimise inventory levels to support customer demand and business performance

Champion digital solutions and encourage customer adoption





Maintain a safe workplace and promote a strong safety-first culture

Ensure branch operations are compliant, efficient and customer-focused

About You

Demonstrated success in a leadership or branch management role

Strong sales and business development capability

Experience managing operational performance and supply chain activities

Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills

A customer-first mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships

Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven approach

Experience within the electrical, industrial, wholesale or trade sectors will be highly regarded
