Kingspan Water & Energy is seeking an experienced Second Class Welder to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands on workshop based role where you'll be fabricating components used in Australia's leading water storage solutions with no FIFO work and no extended time away from home.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of our production team, you'll be responsible for:
- MIG and ARC welding tank trusses, ladders and platforms and associated components
- Reading measurements and assembling fabricated products to specification
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Working to production schedules while maintaining high quality standards
- Contributing to a safe, productive and team focused workshop setting
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 2 years' welding experience in manufacturing or a similar environment
- Demonstrated MIG welding experience
- ARC welding experience highly regarded
- Strong fabrication, assembly and measurement skills
- Ability to pass a visual weld test
- Experience using hand and power tools
