CLINICAL CARE MANAGER | CENTRAL WEST NSW | $130K SALARY

Edwards and Co are seeking a passionate and dedicated Clinical Care Manager for a permanent position with one of our reputable Aged Care parties located in Central West NSW

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team to deliver outstanding clinical care.
- Uphold clinical governance and ensure compliance with aged care standards.
- Provide targeted support to less experienced RNs to build their
qualified confidence and clinical judgment.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Registered Nurses (RNs) and Personal Care Workers (PCWs)
- Oversee clinical documentation, comprehensive care planning, medication practices, and incident follow-up
- Maintain and enforce best practice across specialised clinical areas,
including:
o Wound care
o Infection prevention and control
o Continence care
o Dementia care
o Palliative care




o Falls prevention and clinical risk management

About You

- Current Registered Nurse qualification with proven experience in leadership roles.
- AHHPRA registration
- A strong background in aged care or healthcare management.
- A track record of delivering exceptional care outcomes.
- Proficiency in electronic care documentation and strong time management skills.
- A valid National Police Check (specific to aged care work).
- COVID-19 vaccination certificate.
