Rodpak, a leading pallet and timber packaging manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our Hoppers Crossing site in Melbourne. You will lead safety, production, people and customer-focused performance, ensuring targets are met safely and efficiently.

You'll work closely with supervisors and teams to build a robust safety culture, drive continuous improvement, manage planning and costs, and maintain high product quality and customer service.
