Block is hiring an Implementation Specialist to lead the technical onboarding and activation of current merchants, delivering scalable, high-quality onboarding experiences. You will work with Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to deploy Square for primarily SMB sellers.

You will document product capabilities, manage multiple onboarding projects, and translate requirements into actionable requests for Product.
