Our projects move quickly, and the work is varied. A fitout can go from empty floor to finished workplace in a matter of weeks, and the person running site is the one who makes that happen. The Chance:





An exciting opportunity has become available for a Site Manager with office and onsite experience who wants to build their Management and Leadership capabilities.

To be considered, you will possess the following experience:

- Minimum 4 years experience working on projects within Australia's commercial construction, fitout and refurbishment industry.
- Experience in complex, live working environments in the office, medical, industrial, health and food safety sectors preferred
- Trade background or relevant degree will be highly advantageous
- Experience in project planning, administration and programming
- Positive attitude and approach to your work
- Ability to perform autonomously or within a broader team

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Coordinate site teams, prioritising the Agero WHS management system throughout the construction process
- Monitor and manage budgets, overseeing subcontractors and ensuring their adherence to project timelines
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to support the day-to-day operations, including team management, subcontractor coordination, and client/architect communication.
- Excellentcommunication and customer service skills
- The preparation of accurate financial project reports
