- Operating the control room, monitoring plant performance, and adjusting process parameters to maintain safe and efficient operations
- Managing leach and adsorption circuits,



ensuring optimal recovery performance and effective process control
- Completing routine inspections, troubleshooting operational issues, and working closely with the processing team to achieve production targets.
