Business Development Manager/Channel Sales - Wholesale Builder

This organisation is a highly successful large scale builder/developer. With a portfolio aimed at all levels from first home owners, investors through to medium density developments, this exceptional company offers a quality working environment with a high degree of autonomy.

Due to ongoing success and growth in market share, they are seeking an additional BDM to join their existing, high-achieving team in expanding market share and driving business growth through the development of strategic relationships with a diverse range of channel partners.

Key to your success will be your ability to develop strategic, win-win partnership relationships, with an emphasis on quality outcomes for all. In doing so you will be positioned to achieve low deal fall-over rates and capitalise on the opportunities for repeat business.

Requirements:

- Proven track record in a similar role within residential construction
- A strong track record of developing strategic B2B relationships
- High levels of drive, resilience and an outcomes focus
- Self-starter with solid time management and commercial acumen
- Valid Driver's license
