Marist180 is seeking a Therapeutic Practice Lead to coordinate a team of therapeutic specialists within the Permanency Support Program (PSP). The role focuses on implementing evidence-informed models (ARC) to promote healing-centred practice for children and young people.

The successful candidate will provide clinical supervision, develop treatment plans, and support staff in crisis prevention and management using ARC and TCI approaches.
