Uniting AgeWell is seeking a proactive Occupational Therapist to provide home‑based OT services across the North Melbourne metro region for clients aged 65+. This role supports diverse funding streams including SAH and CHSP, focusing on strengths‑based, goal‑directed interventions to enhance safety and independence.

You will work with a supportive Allied Health team, receive supervision from the Practice Lead, and have opportunities for skilled growth within a values‑based, not-for-profit
