Sunshine Sugar Harwood is seeking a Pan Station Operator (Sugar Boiler) to join our production team. You will operate vacuum pans and massecuite handling systems to maintain production targets and sugar quality, reporting to the Shift Supervisor.
Full training is provided. The role involves a 4 on 4 off continuous roster during the crushing season, with day work during maintenance and off-season, and requires valuable mechanical aptitude and safe working practices.
