Q-CTRL is seeking an NPI Technician in Sydney to assemble, integrate, and test complex quantum sensing hardware, bridging research and production. You will help define workspace, develop core assembly and test protocols, and build repeatable processes to scale from prototypes to finished products.
You’ll work with engineering and research teams to characterize subsystems, document workflows, and ensure quality standards for manufacturing readiness in a growing, in office lab environment.
