The City of Joondalup is seeking a Customer Care Officer to join our busy contact centre in Western Australia. You will be the first point of contact across phone, email, and face‑to‑face channels, delivering a consistent, responsive, and friendly service to community members.

This full‑time permanent position offers a market-competitive salary of 85,675 to 91,580 AUD per year, plus up to 15% superannuation. You will work with a team committed to first contact resolution and high-quality customer
